Stress negative boars are the guarantee for market conform fatteners, cope up to the highest required standards of meat quality. The evidence is the result of the offspring testing. At the station every giltīs first litter has to be tested with two offspring. The average daily gain (30 to 105 kg) of female Pietrain raised up to 850 g with feed conversion 1:2,20, caused of a strictly selection and a short intervall of generation in the pure breed. At the test station males reached daily gains up to 1.100 g. The length of the slaughted fatteners increased to 98 cm and pH1-results over 6,1 are not longer unusual.
